telehealth visits

All visits are conducted via Telehealth and can be accessed via the North Coast Wellness patient portal.

All patients start with an initial comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. This visit is the foundation for diagnosis and treatment and is called the plan of care. We build the plan of care upon four pillars: medication, therapy, diet, and exercise. Finding balance among these pillars is how we help you achieve mental health wellness.

Medication review visits are key to ensuring success in your mental health journey and are tailored to each individual and your plan of care. 


fee schedule

My cash rate is billed at $75.00/15-minutes

A current and valid credit, debit, FSA, or HSA card must be kept on file.

Failure of charges to go through for services rendered will result in the next appointment not starting and/or your ability to schedule being held until payment of the balance or payment arrangements are made.

Missing visits can have a negative impact on your medication management and ensuring payments are current is the responsibility of the patient.

A $100 cancellation fee is applied for any visit not canceled 24-hours in advance. This fee will be charged to the card on file.

Aetna, BCBS/Anthem, Priority Health, and UHC (including each company’s Medicare and Medicaid)!


PAYMENT OPTIONS

A super bill can be provided to you that you submit to your insurance company for reimbursement

Payment plans can be arranged ahead of appointments
